Terms and Conditions

The seller and service provider is Kokoi sp. z o.o., registered office: ul. Źródlana 1, 44-121 Gliwice, NIP PL6312665735.

The service prices and accepts orders for advertising and fabrication work: laser cutting, CNC milling, large-format printing, light boxes and 3D letters.

Prices are calculated by the seller's server from the parameters you choose and, where you upload a drawing, from measurements taken from that file. No price is produced by a language model.

A price shown in the configurator is an invitation to place an order, not an offer, until it is confirmed. Every quotation is reviewed by staff unless the calculator is explicitly released from that review; the screen states which case applies.

A quotation marked as binding is calculated from measurements of your file. A quotation marked as an estimate is calculated from dimensions you entered and may change once we receive production-ready artwork.

The contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order and the payment is received.

By uploading a file you confirm that you hold the rights required to have it produced.

Files are used solely to price and manufacture your order. Retention periods are described in the privacy policy.

Orders are paid in advance, in full or as a deposit where the seller allows it. Production starts after the payment is credited.

All prices are gross prices in the currency shown and include VAT at the applicable rate.

The lead time shown with the calculator runs from the moment the payment is credited and the artwork is approved.

Delivery methods: collection in person at the seller's premises, courier, delivery by the seller's own transport, and installation at the customer's site.

Collection in person is free of charge. Courier, own transport and installation are not included in the calculator price — their cost depends on the size, weight and destination of the order and is agreed individually and confirmed with the customer before the goods are released.

The seller notifies the customer when the order is ready for collection or dispatch.

Please include the order number and a description of the defect; photographs help. Complaints are answered within 14 days.

Deviations inherent to the technology — cutting tolerance, colour reproduction between screen and print, edge quality of cut material — are not defects where they stay within the ranges stated at the time of ordering.

Goods produced here are made to the buyer's specification: dimensions, material and artwork are chosen by the buyer. Under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU and the national law implementing it, the right of withdrawal does not apply to such goods.

This does not affect complaints about defects, which remain available in full.

The controller of personal data is the seller named in §1. Details are set out in the privacy policy.

Matters not covered here are governed by the law of the seller's country.

The seller may amend these terms; orders already placed are governed by the version accepted when the order was submitted.
