2. What we collect
Order data: name, e-mail address, optionally telephone number, company name and VAT ID, the configuration you chose and the files you uploaded.
Technical data needed to run the shop: a cart cookie, a language cookie, and server logs containing the IP address and time of the request.
3. Why, and on what legal basis
To perform the contract — quoting, producing and delivering your order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To meet accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
To pursue or defend claims, and to keep the service secure — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Recipients
Data may be shared with: the hosting provider, the payment provider, the accounting or invoicing provider, and carriers — each only to the extent needed to do their part.
We do not sell personal data and do not use it to train language models.
5. How long we keep it
Order and invoicing data: for the period required by accounting law.
Production files: for the period stated in the order retention settings; after that they are deleted.
Server logs: short-term, for security and diagnostics.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and request data portability.
